Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Reshipment Policy
We offer a free reshipment in the following cases:
- Wrong Product Received
If you receive an incorrect item (e.g., a different sleep aid or pain killer than what you ordered), we will promptly send you the correct product at no additional cost. - Order Not Received / Delivery Failure
If your package does not arrive due to Royal Mail delivery issues or is lost in transit, we will reship your full order. - Incomplete Order Received
If your order is missing any items—such as part of an anxiety relief kit or a pack of sleeping tablets—we will dispatch the missing items immediately.
Refund Policy
You are entitled to a full or partial refund under the following conditions:
- Out of Stock Items
If you place an order and the product is no longer available, we will issue a full refund for the unavailable item(s). - Cancellation Before Dispatch
If you contact us before your order has been dispatched and request a cancellation, we will issue a full refund. - Overpayment or Extra Amount Paid
If you accidentally pay more than the total cost of your order, we will refund the extra amount paid.

Important Notes
- Refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment.
- Please allow up to 1-2 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Reshipments will be dispatched using the same delivery service originally selected.
